Hello, 507 is a good score and there are chances of admission for MBBS seat in government colleges for Open category. According to last year's cut off marks the following are some colleges which had a cut off less than 500.

1. Shree Bhausaheb Hire Medical College. Cut off 498.

2. Government Medical College, Jalgaon. Cut off 490.

3. Shree Vasantrao Naik Government Medical College, cut off 400.

4. Government Medical College, Akola. Cut off 428.

5. Chandrapur Government Medical College, cut off 480.

6. Gondia Government Medical College, cut off 475.

This cut off was for 2018 for general category. The cut off marks change every year due to various factors like difficulty level and competition level of the examination.

Good luck!
