Dear Vidya, congratulations to your daughter for getting such a wonderful score in NEET. Yes ofcourse she can get admission in govt medical college in GEN category under AIQ.
As per last year the highest cut off marks among all the colleges was 623 for Government Medical College, Kozhikode (Calicut). Rest all the colleges had cut off less than score of your daughter.

Government Medical College, Kozhikode (Calicut):- 623
Government Medical College, Kottayam:- 582
Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram:- 599
Government Medical College, Thrissur:- 577
Government Medical College, Ernakulam:- 564
Government Medical College, Yakkara, Palakkad:- 561
so with your marks, you have very good chance of getting a seat in Government Medical College.
