My daughter is OCI card holder. We have settled in India now and she has studied from Class 1 to 11 in Maharashtra . She is preparing for NEET . Will she be eligible for taking admission in medical colleges under indian citizen quota after NEET in any of Maharashtra colleges ?

Yes she will be considered for 85 percent state quota and 15 percent All India quota
A candidate is eligible for Maharashtra domicile when
- Candidate has passed class 12th from the State of Maharashtra.
- Candidate have a birth certificate mentioning the place of birth which is in Maharashtra
- Father or mother have domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra.
