As web designing and 3D animation field s are related to computer she can opt for computer stream in +1 along with PCM. Since after her 10 +2 she can opt for engineering course in computer science. It can also be done after 10 th std itself by diploma in computer. But nowadays it doesn't really matter from which field you belong to you can learn these by learning other things also by joining some online  courses also.
