My daughter is the student of Maharashtra board. In jee form instead of 'Higher secondary certificate vocational course' I selected 'Intermediate or two-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University.' Will this affect in anyway?

The Pre-University examination is perfectly for the 11th & 12th course in South Indian State such as Karnataka PU etc. But for Maharastra its Higher Secondary. So it may create problem, during the document verification of the candidate if she gets selected for any institute through JEE.
Now for the April & May attempts, the Correction window isn't applicable. I would recommend you to contact the helpline of JEE MAINS & get it discussed. They can provide you a detailed guidance:
