Hello Sir/Mam,
See it is quite difficult to predict your exact figure of rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 15345 - 17250 .
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that she has good chances to get NIT Durgapur with CSE branch under Home state quota .

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Main score or rank you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

Also o n such percentile, being a General candidate she has very GOOD chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.
