My daughter state level rank is 20000.Can she eligible to study mbbs in abroad?

To study MBBS abroad student requires an eligibility certificate from the Medical Council of India.
Benefits to study / admission in MBBS Abroad / Overseas MBBS.
If the student is from General Category then he/she must have an aggregate of at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and must have English as a compulsory subject.
