If your daughter has domicile certificate from Maharashtra then she'll come under type A.
If you or your husband have domicile as maharashtra then she'll come under type B.
If either you or your husband are Government of India's employee and you are posted in Maharashtra at the time of MHT-CET form submission then your daughter will come under Type C.
If you and your husband are or were employees of government of maharashtra then your daughter will come under Type D.
So even if your daughter does not in any of these types then her candidature will come under All India candidature.
