My daughter wants to study biology in college. What subject choice she can get in ISC? Can she choose maths, chemistry, biology, and any other subject thwn physics?

Hello,
For studying biology in college, your daughter needs to opt for Science stream in class 11th.
The subject choice which she can fill is- Biology+ Physics+ Chemistry+ English+ any other optional subject like Mathematics/Hindi/Computer Science/ Physical Education.
Since English is compulsory in ISC, it cannot be neglected. Furthermore, Physics is also compulsory with Biology, so it can not be replaced by any other subject.
