Congratulations to you and your daughter for such wonderful results.
For IRMA SAT, last year the general cutoff was around 21 marks and for NC-OBC category it was 18.
This year the cutoffs would be on similar lines, as predictions say. However she has great academics and has strong chances of getting IRMA, provided her IRMA SAT cutoff is cleared.
Added to that, are her certificates which will boost her profile.
Let's hope for the best and for the cutoff to be declared.

Thank you dear, my daughter has cleared IRMASAT cutoff. This year IRMASAT cutoff is 13.5 for general and my daughter score is 17.
