My daughter's CRL is 285343 & categoty rank in EWS is 38241. My home state is Maharashtra. Shall she get addmission in NIT's, IIIT's.

Although you have home state qouta still your daughter marks and period are very low to get a seat at the nits or iiits anywhere in the country.
