Hello , hope you are doing good.
So, as your daughter's date of birth is 26th may 2008, she will be 14years old in 2022. And as per the guidelines for 10th class board examinations, a student has to be minimum 14years old to appear for the examination, by 1st october of that year. So, as she will already be 14 by may, she is definitely applicable to sit for the board examinations 2022.

Different boards have different age criterias for 10 boards . If we talk about the CBSE board , then As per the guidlines of centralboard of secondary education (CBSE) the minimum age to appear in the10th board exam is 14 years , as of 31st december of the year ofexamination. And since in 2022 , your daughter will be of age 14 , she will be eligible.
So don't worry.
