My daughter's percentile is 94.88 in MH CET 2019 ,PCM group. Which college she can get for Computer science?

Definitely, your daughter will get a good college at this percentile. I think the first round is already over and if you are satisfied with the college allotted to you in the first round then it's fine. otherwise, you can have a look for cutoffs of the second round.
I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of all rounds of CAP Process on the following link.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, L-Ladies, TFWS, etc), category
(Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc).
