Here are the criteria for the eligibility of domicile residence at a particular state-
1. The individual should have been a permanent resident in the village/town of the concerned tahsil or of the state for at least one year continuously.
2. The applicant should produce a copy of Record of Rights (RoR) of the residential plot owned by him, his parents or ancestors.
