my DOB 13-2-2002 iam i eligible for NDA 1 or 2?

Till now the Union Public Services Commission has  released the eligibility criteria for NDA 1 2021 and as per the general eligibility criteria a candidate should be in the age range of 16.5 to 19.5 years and also for NDA 1 2021 you should have born in the period of July 2, 2002, to July 1, 2005 and if you want to appear for NDA 2 then you should have born in the period of January 2, 2003 to January 1, 2006(not yet officially released) but as you have mentioned that your Date of Birth is February 13th 2002 so according to it you are not eligible for either NDA 1 or NDA 2 2021. Also note that till now the official notification for eligibility criteria for NDA 2 2021 is yet to be released by Union Public Services Commission (UPSC). Apart from the eligibility criteria on the basis of age, there are some other factors which need to be determined for any candidate for being eligible for NDA such as Marital status, educational qualifications, citizenship/nationality, physical fitness and so on.
