No, you are not eligible for Neet 2023 examination with your date of birth on 25/02/2007

This is because,

To be eligible for Neet  examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December the year in which one is attempting Neet i. e To be eligible for Neet 2023 examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2023

But you fail to  fulfill this criteria  with your date of birth on   25/02/2007   as you will be 17 years old on  25/02/2024 i. e after  31st December 2023 and thus you are not eligible for Neet 2023 examination with your date of birth.

But yes, you will be eligible for Neet 2024 and onwards with your date of birth as you will turn 17 years on 25/02/2024 i.e before 31st December 2024

Also,

To be eligible for neet , one must be either appearing for  12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got :-

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
