No, you are not eligible for Neet 2023 examination with your date of birth .
This is because,
To be eligible for Neet examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December the year in which one is attempting Neet i. e To be eligible for Neet 2023 examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2023
But you fail to fulfill this criteria with your date of birth on 29/08/2007 as you will be 17 years old on 29/08/2024 i. e after 31st December 2023 and thus you are not eligible for Neet 2023 examination with your date of birth.
But yes,
you will be eligible for Neet 2024 and onwards with your date of birth as you will turn 17 years on 29/08/2024 i.e before 31st December 2024
Also,
To be eligible for neet , one must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got :-

at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category

at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

The minimum age to appear for NEET UG is 17 years as of December 31 in the year of admission. Your age as on December 31, 2023 will be 16 years 4 months 2 days which is less than 17 years so you are not eligible to appear for NEET UG 2023 but you will be eligible to appear for NEET UG 2024 provided you must have passed 10+2 with English, Biology/Bio Technology, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. If you belong to general category you need to score minimum 50% aggregate marks in Biology/Bio Technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory exam, for SC/ST/OBC it is minimum 40% aggregate marks n Biology/Bio Technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory exam and for PWD it is minimum 45% aggregate marks n Biology/Bio Technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory exam.
