As per the the eligibility criteria set up by UPSC for National Defence Academy , unmarried male candidates who have completed their Class 12 or appearing candidates can apply for the exam. According to the age criteria, a candidate needs to age between 16 . 5 to 19.5 years of age to be eligible for the same. So following the date of birth mentioned, you cannot appear for NDA examination 2022.

No you are not eligible for NDA 2022 as the eligibility criteria states that the candidate should be within the age of 15.7 - 18.7 years and have passed Class 12th of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted, are eligible to apply for the NDA exam. So to be eligible for NDA 1 2022 the candidates who are not born earlier than July 2, 2003, and not later than July 1, 2006 are only eligible.
