The minimum age for class 10th from any board is 14 years old, be it CBSE or ICSE. And according to CBSE, a student has attain 14 years age by 31 December in the year you are appearing for the exam.

Now as your date of birth is 09-12-2008 so if we calculate your age, then in 2022 December 31, you will of 14 years old. And by this age you are fulfilling the minimum age limit.

Actually you have not mention the board in which your currently in. If I suppose that you are talking about CBSE board which is Central board of secondary education then the minimum age limit is 14 years as of the 31st of December of this examination year. As per you have mentioned that your date of birth is on 9th December 2008, in the year of 2023 by 31st December your age will be 15 years old. Your completely eligible for class 10th level examination in this current year. Hope this will help you.
