The age limit for the NDA examination is that one should have been in the age range of 16.5 years to 19.5 years. Now for the NDA 1 2022, any candidate having DOB between July 2, 2005, to July 1, 2002 is eligible for the NDA 1 examination. So yeah! you are eligible for the NDA 1 examination.

The eligibility criteria for NDA Wings are provided below:

• Indian Army: Passed 12th standard from State Education Board or a University
• Indian Air Force and Naval: Passed 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics from State Education Board or a University

To be eligible for NDA, candidate must be between the age limit eligibility of 16.5 to 19.5 years. So to be eligible for NDA 2022 candidate must be born between July 2, 2004, to July 1, 2007. As you were born on 1 july 2003 you are not eligible for NDA. There is no age relaxation provided to reserved category applicants for the NDA & NA examinations as per the rules set by the Union Public Service Commission.
