According to the NEET 2018 eligibility criteria, a candidate has to complete 17 years of age either at the time of admissions or else on or before December 31, 2018. According to the SC order passed on March 31, 2017 , there is no maximum age limit to appear for NEET. so its doubtful for you to appear on 2019,but it depends on when NEET would be conducted in 2019, good luck buddy, hope this helps

As per you have given your birth date to be 1/5/2003 and you are asking for eligibility for NEET 2019 than listen you are likely not eligibile to appear for the exam in 2019 NEET because as per eligibility criteria of appearing NEET exam you should have completed 17 years of age by 31st December 2019. And as per your bith date you are not going to complete 17 yrs till the proposed date.But you would be eligible to appear the NEET examination on 2020.I advise you to not to get sad on this thing and take this in positive manner as you getting more Time to prepare for the exam.
