It is glad to hear that you want to appear for the NDA examination 2021 after today's announcement of supreme court allowing female candidates to appear for the prestigious entrance test. As per the current guidelines of UPSC a candidate needs to be between age 16.5-19.5 by the 1st July to be eligible for examination, So following that a candidate must be born between July 2, 2004, to July 1, 2007. Hence you will not be eligible to appear for the entrance test.

Currently there are no relaxations in age limit but you can expect some leaverage as females will be allowed to seat in the examination for the first time.
