According to the current age criteria set up by UPSC, the body which conducts the NDA examination candidate needs to be placed between 16.5 to 19.5 ears in in order to be eligible for appearing in the examination. Following that you won't be eligible to appear for NDA II 2021.

Educational Qualification
For Army wing, candidates must have passed Class 12/HSC
For Air Force and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of Indian Naval Academy, candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics
Physical Measurement
For Army, Navy and Naval Academy - 157 cm (minimum)
For Air Force - 162.5 cm (minimum)

The eligibility criteria for applying for NDA exam 2021 is that the candidate should be of age 16.5 - 19.5 years old.
So, according to your date of birth, your age at present date should be as 19 years and 7 months which crosses the max age criteria bar of 19.5 years.
So, unfortunately I don’t think you are eligible for writing the NDA exam, but please do verify once with the Offical website of nda examination for the confirmation.
