Candidates applying for AIIMS MBBS 2017 entrance examination should have completed a minimum of 17 years of age as on December 31, 2017. Moreover, those born on or after January 2, 2001 will not be considered eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS 2017 exam. And other private colleges like Manipal will provide admission on the basis of NEET score only. And as per your above said age you are not eligible for that.

Good Luck!!!
