The eligibility criteria for NEET 2020 is expected to be candidates of age 17 years as on December 31, 2020. The Candidates must be born on or before January 1, 2004 to be eligible to take NEET in 2020.
Considering your birthdate that you were born Before 1st Jan, 2004 you seem to be eligible.
