Hi Nidhi,
To be eligible for Bank PO Exams, you should be of 30 years maximum at the time of giving exam, as per 2020, you should have born in 1990 or afterwards. As you are born in 1989, you are not eligible for Bank PO Exams in 2020, only if you are from EWS or general category.
There are relaxations in age for other catogories:-
- Other Backward Classes (OBC) (Non-Creamy Layer) - 3 years
- Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 5 years
- PWD candidates - 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers including Emergency Commissioned Officers (ECOs)/SSCOs who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment otherwise than by 5 years 3 way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or physical disability attributable to military service or invalidment - 5 years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots - 5 years
- Jammu & Kashmir domiciled candidates (January 1, 1980 to December 31, 1989) - 5 years
So, if you are not form GEN or GEN EWS then and only then you will be eligible for Bank PO Exams in 2020.

Hello Nidhi,
Sorry to say but you are not eligible for IBPS PO exams , as the minimum age limit to appear for IBPS PO exam is 20 years , and the maximum limit is 30 years of age .
There is a 5 years upper age relaxation to the candidate from SC/ST categories.
Thank you.
