The minimum age criteria for UPSC Prelims and Mains is 21 years. As you turn 21 years before August,2024 you will be eligible for UPSC CSE 2024.

Hello student as per the date you've mentioned you'll be 21 year old on 23june 2024 so yes you're eligible as per current eligibility criteria,the age will be counted from the date August 1 of the notification year.

Incase if the age eligibility criteria change  for UPSC 2024 then you need to follow that.

Eligibility criteria - candidates must passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
