The NDA age limit is that the aspirant must be in the age range 16.5 to 19.5 years. For NDA 1 2022, the candidate must be born in the range July 1, 2006, to July 2, 2003. As you are born in 29 March, 2003 you aren't eligible for the NDA 1 examination 2022.
