The age of candidate must be between 18 to 27 years as on January 1, 2020. Which mean candidate born not before January 2, 1993 and not later than January 1, 2002 are eligible to apply for the exam.

If your DOB is 3rd Feb, 2002 then you are 18 years old, so you are eligible for SSC CHSL exam as the minimum age limit to appear for SSC CHSL exam is 18 years, and the maximum age for the same is 27 years, so as you are 18+ years, you are eligible to appear for SSC CHSL exam.
