Hello,
The age limit to apply for the CHSL Exam is 18 to 27 years. According to your date of birth, it seems you will be 18 years by the time the exam will be held. The application process for this exam starts in February and the exam will be around May, So, I don't think you will be eligible for the exam. try for 2023.
