My DOB is 8 June 2003 .Can I fill AIIMS 2019 form .

Dear Madan, the minimum age limit should be 17 years as on 31 st December 2019 for appearing AIIMS 2019. However you would be 16 years and 6 months old by December 31st. That rules you off for the entrance examination for 2019. You will have to wait until 2020.
