In order to be eligible for the 2026 April exam of the National Defence Academy (NDA), one must have been born between July 2, 2007, and January 1, 2011. You can take the NDA exam in April 2026 as your birthday is May 15, 2007.

However, you can start preparing for the exam and aim to appear for NDA 1 2027 or subsequent exams when you meet the eligibility criteria.

According to eligibility criteria of nda exam Only unmarried male/ female candidates between the age group of 16½ to 19½ can join NDA. In 2026 you are going to be 18 years which is  between the age criteria range hence you are eligible to give nda exam

Also you need to 12th Pass of the 10+2 pattern of School or equivalent examination by a State Education Board or a University.

You are NOT eligible for the NDA 1 2026 Exam. The candidate should be born on or between 2nd July, 2007  to 1st July, 2011.Sice your date of birth is May 15 2007, you are not eligible to apper for the test as you do not fit the eligibilty criteria.

No, you will not be eligible to appear for the NDA exam in 2026. The eligibility criteria for NDA include:

1. Candidates should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age.
2. Candidates should have completed or be appearing in 12th class.

For NDA 1 2026, the candidates should be born between July 2, 2007, and July 1, 2010. Since your date of birth is May 15, 2007, which comes before, you do not fall within this range. But you can apply for 2025 exam.
