You can join NDA by taking the exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This exam is conducted twice a year in all major cities throughout India.

• ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
  • Age - 16 ^1/2 to 19 ^1/2 years(at the time of commencement of course)
  • Nationality – Indian
  • Gender - Men and Women
  • Educational Qualifications - 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Appearing final year students can also eligible to apply.

According to the UPSC notification 2022, candidates between the age group of 16.5 to 19.5 years must have passed class 12th.

Age Limit - Applicants born between July 2, 2003, to July 1, 2006 are eligible. this is for applicants applying for NDA 2022.

So according to calculation you will 19yrs old in July 2023 so you will be eligible for first session in NDA 2023 exam.
