There are 2 things to it. You have entered the Date of Birth correct but NTA has mentioned it wrong in the Admit card. In such case you need to mail the helpdesk at neet @ nta .ac.in and they will make a note of it and do the needful changes. Second, you entered the details in the Application form wrong and missed correcting it. In that case, unfortunately nothing can be done because NTA doesnt make changes to your application form on your behalf nor does it entertain any changes to the application form once the correction window has been closed. Then you might not be allowed to the exam hall due to the discrepancy in the date of birth mentioned in the Admit card and your Valid Id proof. So you need to take this up with NTA immediately and wait to hear from them. In this case, invigilation and security check will be tough because this is a National Level Entrance examination and they cannot co-operate with an error. The security personnel who check the admit card and valid id proof do not allow anyone whose authenticity or proof cannot be validated. If the mistake was from your end, there is no chance for you to be allowed to the exam. But if it has been an error from NTA's side, they will look into it. But if the details are also mentioned wrong in the Application form, it cannot be NTA's error. And the correction window is the last chance for you to correct it and NTA reopened the correction window as many as 3 times until May 31st.
