You should have fill the application form using the date of birth given on your 10th and 12 marksheet because at the time of verification of documents that are the mainly focused. Now since you have given your date of birth as of your Aadhar Card, you have two options that you can follow before the document verification process of counselling. First is that you must apply for correction in your date of birth at regional educational office and get it corrected as what it is on Aadhar card. The second option is to wait for the correction window to open and make the required changes with getting the date of birth on your Aadhar card corrected. You can choose to do any of the following but make sure there is no disprency in date of birth as of your mark certificate and photo ID proof because it may cause problems.
