As per the schedule of LLB admissions given by University of Delhi, it says the below-given phrase with regards to fee payment:

" For Fee Payment: After approval of admission, the applicant has to log on to the Postgraduate Admission Portal to make online admission fee payment. This may be done till 5 pm of the next day of the last day of that Admission List in which applicant is taking admission."

So, going by this, since the last day of first admission list is July 27, 2018, it seems that the link for feel payment will be available on your PG Admission Portal till 5 PM on July 28, 2018. Thus It should be made available soon now by the authorities. However, if it doesnt by today, then I would suggest you to give them a call and discuss.
