My documents have been uploaded incorrectly 10 marksheet instead of 12 and 12 marksheet instead of 10 what should I do please help me

Can you please specify the college/course/website you uploaded your documents to?
Unless the dates are over, you can correct the mistake by calling or mailing the authorities at the IDs given on the website.
