Dear Jitendra, if you have domicile of Madhya Pradesh then you can participate in 85% counselling in M.P only. You will be considered under 15% if you apply for U.P.

If you have domicile of U.P as well as with M.P which seems quite difficult then you can participate under 85% counselling in both the states.

All the best

Hope this helps

Hello Jitendra Bansal!

No, you won't be elligible to apply for the state counselling of both the states.
Since you have the domicile just for for your home state Madhya Pradesh, you can participate in the State Counselling for MP itself and not Utter Pradesh.
However, if you wish to participate in the All India Counseling , you can apply accordingly with the help of which you might be entitled to a seat in any college all over India.
Hope this helps.

Thank you!
