Hi aspirant,
Following below is the set of criteria which are needed to be fulfilled in order to get benefits of state quota reservation during the counseling process:
- The student should be a native citizen of that particular state having a authenticate proof of it.
- The student must have completed his secondary or higher secondary education from a institution in the state which is also recognized by the government.
- Parents must be working in any government or private institution for at least seven years in that particular state.
Since you fulfill one of the mentioned criteria, you shall be eligible for admission in NIT Rourkela through state quota.
