Dear Rajendra, if you hold domicile of any particular State, you can only be eligible for their State Quota but not All India Quotaa of that State. So in your case you are eligible for the State Quota of Rajasthan alone. But you are eligible for All India Quota if every other State again exceopt for Jammu and Kashmir because, Jammu and Kashmir doesnt participate in All India Counselling.
