my domicile state is UP and i fill delhi for 15% AIQ. Will it make a problem during counselling or will i be able for both state counselling

On the other hand you also need to realise that the all India quota can be exercise done states in which you do not have domicile and since your filled up Delhi for the 15% all India quota option you will not require domicile of Delhi and your up domicile will be sufficient for you to avail the 15% all India quota seats in medical college in Delhi via the marks and rank of the Neet examination

see to attend the state counselling i.e. is 85% quota you need the domicile of your native place
only then are you eligible for the state counselling of that state. For you it is UP but for delhi you are eligible for 15% AIQ seats which are fewer in number and for delhi it is definitely difficult. UP has a lot of colleges so with good marks you can get a good college there.
