If you are allotted seat in second phase counselling then the seat allotted in first phase counselling will gets cancelled automatically. If you are not allotted seat in any institute in second phase counselling then the seat allotted in first phase counselling will be retained as you have secured admission in the institute allotted in first phase counselling. While participating in second phase counselling you need to exercise fresh choices.
