Mahesh, there are quite a few interesting opportunities that you can try in Aviation industry. You can try for opportunities as Ground Staff, Ticketing executive or Cabin Crew. But you have to complete your 12th atleast to be able to apply for these positions. Ideally these roles require you to communicate with the Customers like welcoming passengers on board and helping them with guidelines. Issuing Boarding passes after proper checking, making announcements on behalf of the pilot, etc. Then there is also Cargo department within the Airport. This department is responsible for the uploading and downloading of the baggages of the Customers and make sure that the baggage is not lost during Transit. This doesn't involve any communication or interaction with the Customers because this is a back end job. And one of the most highly paid jobs is that of a Pilot. For that you have to take up pilot training and get yourself a license to fly. A commercial pilot earns in lakhs after a considerable period of experience. And then there is always Aviation Engineering. But for all these positions, you need to atleast complete your 12th. So we would suggest you to complete your 12th. Then you can take up Aviation Management courses also.
