As far as your rank is concerned which is 2.4k approximately and considering you are wanting to opt for computer science and engineering branch.
So, if i had to go with previous years trends then there are good chances for you to get there but there are other things that needs to be considered. Various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
