My du percentile is 2.15 nd my 12th percentage is 80% can i get admission in du in any college ???

first of all it should be noted that only 35% of your marks will be added to get your your du jat rank . your percentile is quite poor so you have very less chance to get any college . however you can check out some college predictors which may help you in some better way .
