My eamcet rank is 11748. Domiciled Maharashtra. Intermediate in TS. Am i eligible for web counselling ?

Yes you are eligible for web counselling. But as your domicile is of Maharastra so you will not get any benifit of home state quota even with your intermediate certificate.
But you can seat in web counselling and you can select college available as per your rank in general merit quota.
