My Eapcet rank is 13,400. Can i get any AgBsc or horticulture seat in Government college? my caste is Bc-d.

It is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture seat or Horticulture seat in Andhra Pradesh Government Colleges for your AP EAMCET Rank, based on previous year's Closing Ranks. You can try for seat through counseling or can go for normal seat or Management quota seat in good Colleges.
