I am facing the same problem this year. Can anyone tell me that till when the issue will be resolved?

Image correction option is currently active.

Candidates have to follow the steps given below to correct images in JEE Main application form 2018:

• Click on the link ‘Correct image discrepancy in JEE Main Application Form 2018’
  ( https://jeemain.nic.in/jeemainapp/root/loginpage.aspx?enc=6sT0Oi7HzLhCottdc6gI4w==)

• On the login page, candidates have to enter JEE Main 2018 application number, password and security pin.

• After entering the required details applicants have to click on the ‘Login’ button.

• Candidates have to click on 'View scanned images' tab and upload correct images

CBSE has given the answer to the query we asked. This is their answer

The "Remove Discrepancy in uploaded images" option will be enable for those candidate who received any message regarding discrepancy in images on their registered mobile number. In case you have not received any message but there is problem in your images then kindly send us your application number and details description of images to upload again

Now, you have to mail jeemain@nic.in with the subject as "problem in images in JEE Main Application form". Then mention the problem, give your JEE Main application No and the images for correction.

Please dont panic. You are not the only one. There are many students who have the same problem. The edit option is not working even if CBSE says it is. I think they will update it soon.
