Hey!
yes definitely you can participate in CSAB counselling for admission in engineering or architechture undergraduation courses. CSAB NEUT counselling is for admission of JEE Main qualified candidates in the participating institutes falling under North Eastern States and Union Territories (NEUT). The allotment of candidates belonging to 12 North Eastern States & Union Territories (namely Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep) is being done through CSAB NEUT 2019 on the basis of their JEE Main ranks. These states and UTs do not have the facility of engineering colleges/ polytechnics so the candidates are offered a few reserved seats in Government and Private Engineering & Technology institutes across various states of India.
