Whether you are eligible for free seat or not depends on the category you belong to. If you belong to SC/ST category with family annual income from all sources is less than Rs. 2,00,000 then you are eligible for free seat. If you belong to any other category you are not eligible for free seat. Since you haven't mentioned the category that you belong we assume that you belong to general category

See there is no any kind of free seat but yes different colleges provide various scholarship schemes through which your most of the fee gets waived off but the scheme varies from institution to institution.

It is not possible to provide you an exact list of colleges based on your rank because cut-off keeps on changing depending upon various factors such as :

** Number of candidates appeared for examination.

** Top score for that particular year.

** Total number of seats available.
